For those that weren't in TS when this was discussed in brevity, we'll be introducing a new FC rank to the company; FC Support.
Unlike all other ranks in the FC support, it will focus on helping with farming content, crafting, gathering, gardening, and other aspects of the game that don't revolve around week 1 progression. This rank won't require a formal application to the FC however there will be baselines for all members looking to take this spot.
To partake in farm runs at the end of a content patch, coil turns must have been at least attempted prior, carries will -not- be tolerated, if failure to perform on a consistent basis persists said players will temporarily be barred from partaking in FC farm runs for one week. If problems still arise, they will be removed from the FC.
FC support members are -not- allowed to buy merc runs(Save farm runs like ponies etc, no T13 mercs while the content is still relevant), if they do, we will know about and they will promptly be kicked from the FC, we expect effort from all members of the company.
Must be vouched for by a current raid member within an active raid group in Dreadnought.
Must be willing to help with all things crafting or gathering related, they must contribute.
Must submit a formal application to the FC if they wish to join a formal raid group.
If said member is applying for a raid position, they must be able to commit 4-5 nights a week, for at least 3-4 hours to fill a raid spot, any less and they will remain as FC support until they schedule allows for it.
Will not be paid full cut during merc runs, if invited, half will go to FC bank
